After a long cold winter everyone loves to get back outdoors. The yard calls, flower beds are put in, vegetable gardens start to take shape. Remember to take a break while gardening. Staying in the same position for long periods of time will lead to increased muscle strain and pain. Take a break stretch and then go back. If the pain and discomfort seems to last a little to long then a visit to the Chiropractor may be in order.
